THE FOUNDER

Ivan Urcia was born and raised in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area commonly referred to as the “DMV.” While obtaining a degree in Business Management at Prince George’s Community College, professional experience was gained throughout his career solely from the Food & Beverage sector in the Hospitality Industry. Over the past 13 years, Ivan has worked with multiple concepts at different capacities including:

In his personal life, Ivan is a dedicated husband and loving father of three. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting restaurants, and is always looking for new ways to elevate himself and his loved ones. Possessing a passion to please paired with a natural customer service mentality, Ivan strongly believed he would make his mark in the industry someday.
